Planning your kitchen
Already have a kitchen design? We can work from your chosen supplier’s plans. If you’re still planning, we can help with measurements and speak to your supplier about the installation. We’ll check the details together before anything is ordered.
Planning your bathroom
We’ll talk through what you have in mind, look at the space and agree the work involved before we start. Where plumbing, electrics, tiling and fitting are all needed, we plan how those stages fit together.
How a renovation runs
Our own team carries out the work, with trusted specialists brought in where needed. We’ll keep you informed as each stage progresses, so you know what’s happening.
- Stage 1Plan
The layout, fittings and finishes are agreed before anything is ordered.
- Stage 2Strip out
The old suite or units come out and the room is made ready.
- Stage 3First fix
Pipework is moved or added, and any electrics are done by a registered electrician, before the walls are closed up.
- Stage 4Fit and tile
The new bathroom or kitchen goes in, followed by tiling.
- Stage 5Finish
Sealed, decorated and cleaned down, with a walk-round with you at the end.

How do I get a price?
Send us a few photos of the job and the property postcode by WhatsApp, email or the form below. If we need to see the job, we’ll arrange a visit, then send you a written quote.
What does a complete renovation include?
Strip-out and preparation, fitting, plumbing, tiling and finishing.
Can you handle the electrics?
Bathroom electrical work is carried out by a registered electrician, which we can arrange for you.
Can you decorate the room as well?
Yes. Painting and decorating is our lead service, so we can finish the room once the work is done.
Who supplies the suite, units and tiles?
You can use your chosen supplier. Your written quote sets out who is supplying the suite, units, tiles and worktops, and who is responsible for final measurements and ordering, so it’s clear from the start.
Do you do shower rooms, en-suites and wet rooms?
Yes, as well as family bathrooms and kitchens, in period and modern homes.
Do you work on rented and commercial properties?
Yes. We carry out bathrooms and kitchens in rented properties and commercial premises as well as family homes.
