What we collect
When you use our enquiry form, or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number and/or email address, the property postcode, details of your project and any photos you send.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out and invoice the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then performing that contract. We also keep records we are legally required to keep, such as accounting records.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. It is handled by services we use to run the business: our website host, Netlify, which receives and stores form submissions and may process them in the United States under recognised safeguards; and our email, phone and messaging providers, including WhatsApp (Meta) if you message us there. If a job needs another trade, such as a registered electrician, we share only what they need to do that work.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted when they’re no longer needed. Records relating to work we carry out are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes.

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
